You can also reach one of our travel consultants directly via email or WhatsApp. We will help you with all the relevant information regarding Kailash Mansarovar Yatra booking.

STEP 2: Passport Details

After you have fixed the travel dates and gathered all relevant information, you are required to send in the following:

Scanned Passport Copy:

Upon finalising your dates and other information with our office, please send a scanned copy of your passport via email at [email protected]. This is an important requirement for visa processing and arrangements for travel, which cannot thus be omitted.

Checking the Passport Details:

Also, ensure that your passport details are correct and that there are no discrepancies. Most importantly, check the passport validity date, which needs to be 9 months before your arrival date. This will ensure that there are no unnecessary delays when processing your booking and visa.

STEP 3: Registration with Advance Payment

Once the proof of the passport has been submitted and the date of the trip is fixed, the following steps can be followed in order to confirm your bookings:

Advance Payment:

The confirmation for registration of your Kailash Mansarovar Yatra will require an advance payment of NPR 20000/INR 20000/US$500 per person for Nepali, Indian and NRIs, respectively. This is needed in order to assure your seat in the group.

Booking Procedure:

After we receive your advance payment, we will undertake the essential arrangements as mentioned:

  • Being Assigned to a Group: You will be allocated an appropriate travel group according to your date of travel and preference.
  • Hotel Bookings: We proceed to reserve accommodation according to the tour package to ensure a smooth stay.
  • Flight Bookings: Likewise, flight reservations will be made, given the options available and the travel time.
  • Visa Documentation: The visa procedure will start without delay so that we can have your visa ready right in time for departure.

We will also share a payment invoice for your trip booking.

STEP 4: Final Payment and Confirmation

Your final payment will be required to proceed with your Tibet Travel Permit (TTP), which will ensure a visit to Tibet and with the same permit, we can apply for a Tibet visa in Kathmandu for Nepalese and Non-Indian passport holders. We will apply for a visa in Delhi for Indian passport holders.

Remaining Balance:

The remaining balance for your trip is to be settled accordingly for different nationals.

  • For Nepali nationals, the remaining amount should be settled before 10 days of your departure date and also the original passport for the visa application.
  • For Indian nationals, the remaining amount should be settled before 1 month of your departure date and you have to send us your original passport via courier in Delhi.
  • For NRIs/Foreign nationals, the remaining amount should be settled 10 days before arrival or we can consider cash payment (USD) upon arrival in Kathmandu.

Note: Failure to remit the balance on time means we cannot finalize the rest of the travel arrangements and allocate your participation in the yatra.
